At The Berryloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship Products
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Custom Stitching & Aari Embroidery
As these products are made exclusively according to your measurements and design preferences:
- Custom stitched blouses cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Aari embroidery orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
Order Cancellation
- Ready-to-Ship orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Custom stitching and Aari embroidery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
