Processing Your Order
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes us 2-4 days to ship products from our warehouses across India. However, for bulk orders (more than 5 pieces of a single product/style), processing may take slightly longer. If there’s any delay, we will inform you promptly via email.
For most locations in India, we offer 48-hour delivery. Please add this to the 24-hour processing time. Deliveries occur only on business days—excluding Sundays and certain national holidays.

These charges are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the customer.
-
To simplify this process, DHL will assist in customs clearance and doorstep delivery.

If import duties are levied, DHL may issue an invoice, which must be paid at the time of delivery.
Note: If the customer refuses to pay applicable import/custom duties, return shipping charges will be deducted from the order refund.
