Returns
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or altered products
- Products bought during a sale or promotion
- Accessories
Process:
- Email us at support@theberryloom.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of your return.
Refunds
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
COD Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after confirmation.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order and refunds are processed in 48 hours
