Returns & Cancellation Policy

At The Berryloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Ready-to-Ship Products

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Custom Stitching & Aari Embroidery

As these products are made exclusively according to your measurements and design preferences:

• Custom stitched blouses cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Aari embroidery orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.

Order Cancellation

• Ready-to-Ship orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Custom stitching and Aari embroidery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
